The Scarlet Goodbye (labelled the most unlikely mash-up in Minnesota music history) is the creative combinationof Daniel Murphy (Soul Asylum, Golden Smog) and Jeff Arundel. Murphy had stepped away in 2012 after 30 yearsof recording and touring. A chance meeting with the mellow singer/songwriter Arundel led the duo to start writingand recording together. The result is their full-length album, Hopes Eternal, produced by John Fields and releasedvia Nashvilles The Label Group. Red LP.
